reading create tasks week 5

hello amazing and fantastic bloggers, for this weeks reading create tasks week 5, I made a deal with Ella and Evelyn we should work together it would be more fun (so we did)! the book we had today was “waiting”! the first create task I had to make a Google drawing and fill out some questions and then I had to make a picture at the bottom that describes the story I have been doing. for the second create task I had to write on a Google drawings what happened in the story at the start middle and end. the third create task I had to do, included a slide show I had to highlight some words that are the same as the colour I highlighted them with have a look. I also hope to do all of these create tasks again because I thought they were fun, and I hope you do too so anyway I hope you like it and I will see you in the next one bye bye bloggers! the best thing about these create tasks are…. I also did a fast finishers for that fast finishers, I had to record myself reading my book witch is “waiting”! and I called it diary and expressions #1! silk art #3

hello bloggers today’s challenge was to follow Gilberthorpes school student submit. for there submit  they had us make a cool design on silk art. the colours I used were… pink, purple, blue, and yellow. I really liked this task and if you Google (silk art) and click on silk art you can make your own designs. please comment and I will make sure to like your blogs if you have them. reading create tasks week 4 term 3 #2025!

Hello Bloggers, these are my reading create tasks week 4 term 3 #2025! for this weeks create tasks I have done 4, the WALT for this weeks create tasks are… make connections within and between texts, describing the ideas for all of the texts. the first one is create task 1 and for that I made a Google drawing explaining the value of the characters, the setting and the objects. the second create task 2, I had to make slides to describe the book I read and that book was the memory toolbox. the third create task I had to complete I had to do another Google drawing including the charters name and thoughts and moves from the story and that character. and last create task is create task 4, for this create task I had to watch a video of keas and then I have to blog it and that is what I am doing no. all of these create tasks were fun and I hope I do them again. make sure to comments and I will see you in the next one bye bye bloggers. here is my EXALLANT and perfect create task 1, 2, 3, and 4: this reading was one of the best ones yet it was fun and interesting and hard but in a good way it was a challenge and I loved it, I have spent like 2 days doing all of these create tasks so bye bye bloggers, but before read this, make sure to comments and I will see you in the next one bye bye bloggers. here is my EXALLANT and perfect create task 1, 2, and 3:  and maybe think about doing some becase I will help a lot I will also take any feed back given so make sure to also do that anyway bye bye bloggers!!!!!!!! reminding you the book / text I am reading this week is called saving Wananga! oh wait up a minute I have one more this this last create task is for fast finishes this one I had to make a recount from listening to a story called the happy duckling, and here it is:

Happy duckling, Introduction : The boy is in the garden and he is feeding all of the ducks. One of the ducks was happy and followed him up to his palace home. Paragraph 1: morning. In the  morning the boy went over and patted all of the sheep, he was happy until he spotted the duck following him and so he and the duck went to battle. Paragraph 2: lunch, the boy is playing fetch with the duck and when they throw the ball, the boy ran away from the duck. they went to see pet chickens but the duck followed the boy. Paragraph 3: dinner. The boy starts to run from the duck and hides in a cook’s kitchen where the duck can’t go because if it did it would be eaten. But the duck didn’t see and opened the door, the cook grabbed it and so the boy helped the duck get out of the pot. Conclusion: The moral of the story is that be kind or something bad might happen. And so did you know? Now the boy is the duck’s friend and the duck is the boy’s pet!

Future Whaea Annie #2025

Hello Bloggers, look at this, it is Friday the 1st of August #2025, so For this weeks 2025 week 3 writing recount. I wrote about future Whaea Annie. there was a person called future Whaea Annie just like my teacher Whaea Annie. and this is what I wrote. Wednesday the 23rd of july 2025! As i was sitting on the mat at school, thinking about my normal day and how it was going to lay out. Then poof! A familiar person popped up at the front of the room. (Whaea Annie), “I am Whaea Annie from the future” said the mysterious person. She answered lots of questions from the future, such as, what are cars like? She said there were flying cars, floating traffic lights, and no roads. I noticed something different about her and that was because in the future fashion changed like, in 2026 it got so cold that people from the future had to wear their hoodies backwards to keep their faces nice and warm. Hair was all messy and mucked up. But did you know, in the future ageing stopped because of all the good medicine so everybody can stay young. And the best part is in the future the is a new alphabet and the people in 2025 can’t hear the peoples alphabet from 2125! But what if other schools have the same message as i did, so did they. And will future Whaea Annie come back and I hope she will! what I thought of that was it was fun and Interesting and cool to watch all though I think it would make it more believe able if it was a teacher who had left the school. then I would be more amazed. but even though I knew it was normal teacher Whaea Annie it gave me something to write about and that is amazing. make sure to comments on my excellent piece of writing, hope you like it and I will see you in the next best  blog post for 2025! bye bye bloggers,

student summit – kleki

hello bloggers, for this weeks cyber smart task i made a kleki paint tool spray paint feature on my art page. week 2 reading create tasks

hello amazing readers. it is Friday the 25th of July 2025 – term 3. and today’s lift/create tasks were my week 2 reading create tasks and there are 4, the first one is a comic strip I had to make a comic strip words at the beginning build up problem solution and ending, the second create task I did was a poster with the colours of green and white and describing all of the parts to a narrative, the third create task is a plan saying what one of the characters are thinking and why and acting and why, the last create task is a Venn diagram the main character (Harper,) and his friend (neon yellow)! WALT: read texts and accurately and expressively, my reflection is that the book is called the force what happens is a family goes on camping picnic and cross a long wooden bridge and find people jumping off of it, this trip Harper was determent to jump off the bridge because his brother has been doing it for the last 10 years, Harper kept on making up excuses so that he would no have to jump, he said “bathroom or not bathroom or not” but nah he did not need to go. next but when Harper gets up onto the platform he changes his mind about jumping, and he watched neon yellow and his brother Yoda jump and soon he finally got to the thought of jumping. the story was a blast and I hope I read it again because reading this week at school was great. hope you comment and I will see you in the next one bye bye bloggers. here is my slide show with all four of my reading  create tasks have a look, bye bye bloggers: I spent all week on these create tasks, well bye!

poetry

hello bloggers, today’s task   was to go on to a slide show and use AI make a picture based on a poem.. There was so many poems to choose from but I chose Penguin Parade it’s a really good poem. and then our second task was to make a painted music soundtrack to go with saying our poem, (aka-mine was penguin parade). I have done my painted soundtrack and my AI picture but my painted soundtrack didn’t upload and screenshot so I couldn’t put it into my slide show I’m really sorry they won’t be a soundtrack but I do have my other stuff.  I really like this task and i hope it happens again. hope you like it and i will see you in the next one, so bye bye bloggers. here is my slide show: go to slide 3 if you want to see my penguin parade slide! have fun!

reading create tasks week 1

Hello Bloggers! this week is term 3, week 1 and the day I am blogging from are Friday the 18th of July 2025!for this weeks task were four and they are a storyboard about the book I have called The duel: The inventors awaken, so the tasks we have to do are a story board (with detail), a poster with the colours of green and white and describing all of the parts to a narritive, the third create task is a plan saying what one of the characters are thinking and why and acting and why, the last create task is a venn diagramabout the main character (grandpa sid,) and his grandchild (Emma)! WALT: read texts and accurately and expressively, reflecting understanding of the text while maintaining a natural pace of reading. My journal was about a grandpa called grandpa sid and a child called Emma, the grandpa was telling Emma about how he became an invetor and how he was at war for the best invetor and he lost, in the mail he found a letter addressed to him and it said I want a rematch for best investor… and he had won the story ended happily ever after. the story was a blast and I hope I read it again because reading this week at school was great. hope you comment and I will see you in the next one bye bye bloggers. here is my slide show with all four of my reading  create tasks have a look, bye bye bloggers:

disco party scratch

Hello Bloggers, Last term I learnt to make a scratch. One thing I found interesting was learning to assess this app and make it into a disco dance party. I didn’t know how to work the scratch app until last term showed me. One of the things I found tricky was trying to code the characters to move and do what I wanted them to do. We did a student summit to learn this task. The people who presented this to me were called… Carter, Gabriel, Ethan and Emmett. They go to Yalhurst school. My opinion was that they  did an awesome job, but some feedback is that they could maybe speak up and warn us before they talk so we can hear the whole speech. But overall I want them to know that they have done a great job with their presentation and I loved learning about Disco Party Scratch. I loved learning about this task and I hope it happens again.
